UAdvise

UAdvise is a web-based retention enhancement and advisement tool for tracking advisement records and reporting on student data.

The system uses selected indicators such as whether a student has missing grades, courses that have not been completed, a loss of financial aid, a significant drop in GPA, and 20 other factors to help advisors identify students who need help early in their academic careers to ensure they graduate on time.

The system also consolidates student information from existing computer systems, provides online advising tools, such as electronic degree planning worksheets and course plans, and maintains an advisement history that follows students across multiple majors and academic units. A scheduling module offers online advisement appointment scheduling through a student web portal or public website.
